4. Is delivery and setup included in the rental cost?

Yes, delivery and setup are included in the rental price for locations within our standard service area. For areas outside this range, additional charges may apply—please contact us for a quote.

Most of our saunas can plug into a standard household power outlet. For larger units, we’ll let you know in advance if special power requirements are needed.

9. What is your cancellation policy?
